2. How the contest works:
A) The WSBT BabyTracker Contest is a basic baby pool type contest asking entrants to guess the weight and date of Cari Peugeot’s newest baby with tentative delivery date sometime in June, 2013.  Go to www.wsbt.com.  Look for the WSBT BabyTracker Contest.  Fill out the entry form with your guess of birth weight and date.  WSBT will pick the entry that is closest to the date of Cari’s babies actualbirthdate and weight of the baby recorded at birth.   In the event of a tie, WSBT will pick a winner at random from all entries determined to be in a tie situation.  Contest Entries will be collected from 4/25/13 through 5/31/13.  Contest winner will be selected and announced upon delivery of baby.

B) One winner will receive an iPad mini valued at $400.
 
C)  Must be 18 or older to participate in contest.

D) In the unfortunate event of a medical emergency during the pregnancy or birth, WSBT reserves the right to suspend and cancel the contest and no winner will be selected in reverence to the family during this time.  
 
3. Viewers may enter one time and may only win once in a 30 day period.
 
4. WSBT whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive on all matters will conduct the random drawing. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges relative to the contest.

5. In the event of non-compliance, an alternative winner may be selected.

6. Winner’s name & likeness may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation.
 
7. Employees of WSBT and their families, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, its promotional agencies and all participating promotional partners are not eligible.  Employees or family members of Employees of local area media are not eligible to win or participate in this contest.  Contest is open to South Bend Television DMA residents only.  All others will be disqualified.
 
8. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Anyone receiving over $600 in cash and/or prizes will receive a 1099 form from WSBT in January. Winners must fill out a federal W9 form in order to receive their prize.

 
9. WSBT reserves the right to settle all disputes and to change and alter the details of the contest as circumstances merit.
 
10. Winners will be notified by E-mail and must pick up their prize at WSBT – 1301 East Douglas Rd., Mishawaka, IN 46545 during regular business hours (M-F, 9AM-5PM).
