No purchase necessary. Contest runs from April 24th, 2012 starting at midnight through May 13th, 2012 11:59pm. Contestants may enter the contest by submitting a photo of their mom at www.wsbt.com under WSBT Features section. Winners will be chosen by popular vote by the public. Polling begins on May14th, 2010 at midnight and runs through May 20, 2012 11:59pm.
Winners must be 18 years or older to participate in WSBT contest unless noted otherwise.
Odds of winning based on number of correct entries received and number of prizes available per contest.
WSBT whose decisions are final, binding and conclusive on all matters will conduct the contest by random drawing. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges relative to the contest.
In the event of non-compliance, an alternative winner may be selected.
Winner’s name & likeness may be used for publicity purposes without further compensation.
Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All contest winners must fill out a Federal Form W9 to receive their prize. WSBT complies with all applicable tax laws. If winner reaches the IRS minimum in prizes and awards, WSBT will issue a Federal Form 1099 to winner.
Employees of WSBT and their families, its subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, its promotional agencies and all participating promotional partners are not eligible. Employees or family members of Employees of local area media are not eligible to win or participate in this contest. Contest is open to South Bend Television DMA residents only. All others will be disqualified. The South Bend Television DMA is defined as residents living in the Indiana counties of St. Joseph, Elkhart, LaPorte, Marshall, Starke, Pulaski, Fulton, La Grange and Kosciusko and in the Michigan counties of Berrien and Cass.
WSBT reserves the right to settle all disputes and to change and alter the details of the contest as circumstances merit.
Winners will be required to pick up their prize in person during regular business hours at the WSBT Studios at 1301 East Douglas Road in Mishawaka, 46545, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM unless other arrangements are made. Winners are required to show a state or federal issues photo-ID to be awarded the prize. Only one winner per household per 30 days.
